Create Your Member Account
The most popular way to shop with us is to create an account, and the minimum information we require is your Name, Address, phone number and Email Address. This will aid your present and future purchases with us, with the added advantages of :
Your details need only be entered once, rather than for each future order with us.
Check your order status online.
Receive order status emails including track & trace details.
View your order history.
Receive newsletters of special offers (optional).
All information submitted to your member account is to aid us process your orders, and will not be passed to any third party for marketing or spamming purposes. More about this in the Privacy section.
Availability of Goods
Most goods are usually kept in stock for immediate despatch, Each time you attempt to purchase an item, an inventory check is automatically carried out. If you have selected an item not currently in stock, you will be alerted to this and purchasing the item will not be possible at the present time. Please contact us to find out when stock will be available again.
Shopping Cart
After adding items to your cart, you can order numerous quantities of an item in your cart by editing the “Quantity” field. Clicking “Remove” will remove the item from your cart. If you make any changes, click “Update” to recalculate the items in your cart, and a new subtotal will appear. Please note that shipping charges based on total weight of your order will be added to your total before the ordering process is complete.
If you are not ready to proceed to checkout and would like to add more items to your cart, select “Continue Shopping”. If you are ready to place your order, select “Checkout”.
Payment Methods
Before you confirm your order, you will be asked to select the payment method that you would like to use to purchase your goods. We accept the following 3 methods :
SECPay/PayPoint (all major credit/debit cards)
PayPal (from your account funds or credit/debit card)
Order Confirmation
You will know your order has been completed and received by us when you see the CarStyle-BiTs.com Store Order Confirmation page thanking you for your order. You will also be sent an CarStyle-BiTs Store Receipt confirmation e-mail including the details of your order. Be sure to save this e-mail and receipt for future reference. It will greatly simplify the process should you ever have to contact us about your order for whatever reason.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your goods have been despatched, you will receive an email confirmation usually with Track & Trace details, more information about this in the "Shipping & Returns" section.
