Delivery

Free UK delivery on all orders £25 and over, orders under this threshold will incur a postage & packaging charge of £2.50

We currently only ship goods to UK addresses and not internationally.

Most items are dispatched within 24 - 48 hours after placing your order (except weekends & bank holidays). As soon as it ships, we email you postal details, including parcel tracking details when possible. If you check your order status before receiving that e-mail, you will see that the order is “Pending”, which indicates we are processing your order. You can expect most packages to be delivered to their destination within 7 working days from the dispatch date. Most single items are sent by Royal Mail, and larger consignments are sent by express courier.

In some cases your order may contain items in stock as well as items out of stock that we need to order in for you. If this is the situation, we may ship what we have to you immediately and the out of stock items will follow later at no extra cost.

Returns

During dispatch we double check everything to make sure : a) Its the right item that was ordered, b) Its not damaged or missing parts, c) It is packed correctly with enough protective material, this may mean us repacking your item with addition protection. So in the unlikely event that you are not happy with you purchase, due to it being faulty, damaged or missing parts, then please contact us by email as soon as possible quoting your order number and we will send instructions of how to return your goods to us.

If it comes apparent that your goods have been lost in the post, we will re-send your ordered items at no addition charge after confirming the loss with Royal Mail. With Royal Mail terms and conditions, a consignment only becomes lost after 15 working days of not being delivered.

We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases, and if for any reason you are not then please contact us so we can find a solution to the problem.
